Tips

• If using Word and you do not have a PDF Converter use one that is available online.

• If you have Acrobat and are using Word to create your documents simply go press CTRL and P (Print) on your keyboard. At the top of the prompt, to the left of "Name" select "Adobe PDF". Click "Properties" on the top left corner of the prompt. Under the Adobe PDF Settings tab change "Default Settings" to "High Quality Print", then click "OK". Once you are back to the original Print prompt click "OK" again. A new prompt will appear asking you to Save PDF File As. Renamed the file to your job or project name, then click "Save".
• Most images you pull from the web are going to be 72 DPI and RGB. We recommend you ascertain images that are 300 DPI and CMYK. If it is not 300 DPI or CMYK we cannot guarantee a sharp, quality image nor for your image to look at is does on your screen.
