Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on printdog's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on printdog's web site;

In no event is printdog or its suppliers liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and information on the printdog internet site, even if a printdog representative has been notified of such damage orally or in writing.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the printdog website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. printdog does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. printdog makes no commitment to update the materials and may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

The inclusion of links on the printdog site does not imply an endorsement by our website. Use of these links is at the users own risk and printdog is not responsible for the contents on any such linked sites.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the printdog website shall be governed by the laws of the Sate of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Limitations of Liability

printdog will not be liable to you, whether under the law of contact or law of torts, or otherwise, in relation to the use of, connections with or content on the website, to the extent that the website is provided free of charge, or for any direct, special or consequential loss, for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profit or anticipated savings, loss of contracts, business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data

By using this website, you agree to the exclusions and limitations of liability set forth in the website disclaimer, if you do not see these provisions as reasonable then you must not use this website. You accept that, as a limited liability entity, printdog has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against printdog officers and employees in respect to any losses which you may suffer in connection with the website.

Termination

printdog reserves the right to terminate and restrict the use of this site to you with or without notice, for any or no reason and without liability to you or to a third party.

Turnaround Time and Shipping

Turnaround times are based only on business days and begin once your order has been uploaded, submitted and processed. Make sure you have checked your artwork, as all orders will default to the "None" (No Proof) option. In the case that you choose a digital or a hard copy proof, your turnaround time will begin only after the artwork proof has been approved for print. All jobs released to press before 5pm PST will begin production the following business day provided there are no problems with your file(s).

Shipping dates should be considered estimates as production delays, weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions or other impediments can cause jobs to ship late. printdog is not responsible for upgrading the shipping method to accommodate missed shipping date estimations, nor is printdog liable for the delivery schedule of the shipping carrier, nor do we take responsibility for the actual delivery date. Once the package has shipped, printdog is not responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra time based on any unforeseen delays.

Limitations on Liability for Mailing Services

printdog limits responsibility for mailing services to preparing and processing the mailing and completing delivery to the postal service and relinquishes liability for any error, mistake or failure to perform mailing services. printdog shall not be held responsible for any performance failures or delivery delays or for any additional outsourced services performed outside of printdog.com; these services include, but are not limited to additional ink jetting, bindery or mail delivery.

Postage

All mailings require an advance postage payment to printdog. The estimated rates for postage may change due to the mail piece design, weight, size, or shape. Your extension of payment for postage to printdog, is your acknowledgement that you signify an agreement to these terms of use and conditions. The mailing is required to have a 4" wide by 2" tall white and unprinted area in the bottom right corner of the mailing panel. If the barcode readability does not meet the mailing code requirements, the postal rate will increase.

Artwork & Materials

All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of printdog.com. Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.

Proofs

The user assumes the responsibility of ensuring that their submitted print job contains no errors. In the case that you would like to request an online proof, you will have the option to do so with an added $5 fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to log in to their account and check on their proof. printdog assumes no liability for any delays in the order caused by the customer non-approval of the proof. If the proof is a hard copy, only reasonable likeness to the final product can be expected. The substrate used to generate the proof is different from the final paper stock used in the printing process. printdog does not assume any liability for color variations on the electronic proof. If a color proof is chosen, printdog assumes the responsibility to match the proof and the job accordingly. It is the customer's responsibility to claim and determine color critical jobs.

Refunds & Reprints

The guarantee covers print orders up to $1,000, not including proofs, shipping, and tax. Any and all "defective" products must go through the following process before being issued a reprint:

• The customer must receive said item and evaluate it.
• Within three days of receipt, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, they must contact printdog during business hours requesting a reprint.
• The defective product(s) may need to be returned to printdog in part or in full; alternatively they may be requested to email printdog digital photos documenting the product defect.
• Upon receipt of the defective product or photos, if applicable, printdog will determine if the defect is valid.
• All size, paper, ink, and finishing options will be the same. The management may or may not consider alternative options on the reprint.
• Turnaround and shipping for reprints will vary depending on the manager's discretion and may be the same, quicker, or slower than the original print.
• The reprint will be mailed using its original shipping method unless otherwise stated.

If, in the event that quality standards for the client were not met because an option on the calculator was not selected (either by mistake or intent to lower price) during quotation, printdog will most likely not consider this a "defect" but rather a miscommunication between the parties, with the customer at fault. A reprint will most likely not be issued. It is up to the customer to request adequate proofing for an item to meet or exceed his or her quality standards. Lowering print costs during print quotation will almost always result in a lower quality product.

Right to Refuse Services

printdog retains the right to refuse or cancel print jobs, at its sole discretion, on jobs that are obscene or offensive, including but not limited to pornographic material. printdog reserves the right to charge the customer for the services up to the point of job cancellation.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use

All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Printdog.com has the discretion to update this page at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this document periodically and become aware of modifications.
